Local Knowledge A BMX Documentary.
After lots of planning, countless meetings, frustrated riders, the plans were set & construction was scheduled.
18.07.11 Construction commenced on the Warrnambool Skatepark. Taking 6 long weeks to be completed.
29.08.11 Construction was completed. Park opened to the public.
The documentary named 'Local Knowledge' is about the role the local BMX riders played in the re-development of the local skatepark. With the vast amount of talent within only a few dedicated riders, this documentary looks at what influenced them in creating the layout for the skatepark, their feelings on being able to basically design the local skatepark that they've ridden for countless years & what they look forward to in the new park and what it'll bring to what is an already such a small, talented group of riders.
This is turning out to be awesome! Close mates, all having fun with BMX and enjoying a good joke but getting things done!
