Banksgiving in Santa Ana, CA went down as a backyard shredfeast of all-out BMX mayhem. Local So-Cal pro, Ben Snowden opened up his backyard park to some 500 + riders and countless pro’s, everyone that got a chance to take a run rode away with a smile. Nate “If you build it, they will come” Wesell constructed a set up that featured a 15ft. quarter pipe, banging box jump, and an 8 foot rooftop drop-in, and the riders came out in force.

All were welcome with a love for riding as the only pre-req to drop-in. The 6.0 BMX crew came correct with
Dennis Enarson, Garrett Reynolds, and
Nigel Sylvester feasting on all that Banksgiving had to offer. Dennnis and Garrett were taking runs through the park all day throwing whip-flips and massive no-handed 360’s. While pro’s like
Connor Lodes, James Foster, Steve Woodward, Gary Young, Luke Parslow, and
Corey Nastasio were popping off all day long.

On a day with too many highlights to handle,
Catfish was on the mic keeping the riders hyped and the masses edu-tained, giving shout-outs to all the riders that took part in the “Cat-piss Pit” Big Air challenge, Team Calories, and the dude rockin’ the Tom from Myspace tattoo…not to mention all the non-stop bangers.
Everyone that partook got a full dose of good vibed Banksgiving fun even the Santa Ana PD came out to show their support. Thanks again to all of you that made Banksgiving a backyard jam session to remember.
