USA Cycling announced today the 12 athletes that will represent the United States in Freestyle BMX at the 2018 UCI Urban Cycling World Championships taking place November 5-11, 2018 in Chengdu, China. Among the competitors is 2017 World Champion, Hannah Roberts for the women and Nick Bruce who is currently ranked first in the UCI standings on the men’s side.
“The USA Freestyle riders are excited to contend in the 2018 World Championships. All our riders will be ready to contest for those prestigious UCI medals and have a good start to the qualifying period for the 2020 Olympic Games,” said Jamie Staff, BMX & Sprint Track Performance Director.
