Bas Keep (UK) had an incredible day and qualified 8th. He said, 'Red Bull Empire of Dirt has been a huge success. The weather has been perfect. I was scared all day, sweating it. First run I crashed opposite 360 so I had it all to do in the second run otherwise I wasn't gonna make it in. Then I was qualified. I was really happy and now I'm just excited about tomorrow.'

He then continued: 'Leo Forte put in an immense performance. He was pretty angry he crashed early on but when he started to have fun later on in the day he got his passion back and put in an amazing run. Who's gonna win it tomorrow? It's too close to call but I hope Kye does it.'
