Goliath. That’s what’s up. Relentless NASS 2009. They brought the enormous mega ramp to the festival. It caught everyone’s attention, rising up so high in the air. Walking up the stairs to the roll-in made you tired before you even dropped in. So scary and so big that only a few riders wonted to ride it. And in addition to that, it was usually raining, and very windy. Standing on top of the roll-in lookiog down at the mega ramp and feeling the wind blow you to the side was scary. But going down and flying higher than you ever have before couldn’t have been more fun. Everyone had to agree that Goliath was the funnest and most entertaining event NASS has ever had.
People from all over the UK came to the NASS festival. The weather, as usual in UK wasn’t too good for an outdoor festival, but there were still so many things going on. Live Music all day, action sports wherever you go, amusement park rides, parties all night, and oh yeah, camping right next to the festival village. The weather wasn’t too good for camping either, but it was super fun.
BMX park was the final event at NASS 2009, and it ended the festival really well. With almost everyone inside the arena watching, it was unbelievable. So many crashes, that it looked like a contest of who could crash better, or worse, I should say. There was also some amazing riding and tons of screaming fans. NASS 2009 had the whole package, and I’m looking forward to go there next year again.
