With the win, Lopez earns an automatic bid into the Gatorade Free Flow Tour Finals that will take place at the Dew Tour's Toyota Challenge, September 17-20, 2009.

Out of a field of 33 BMX riders, Jason Lopez won the BMX park competition Sunday at the Gatorade Free Flow Tour's stop in Petaluma, Calif. Seventeen-year-old Lopez from El Sombrante, Calif. earned the BMX park victory at Ramp Rats after executing a 360 double tailwhip over the box jump during his final run. David Kapinos was second and Will Grahn finished in third place. "I had a lot of fun riding today," Lopez said. "All the other guys were riding so well, winning today and getting to go to the Finals is just a bonus!"
