“I came in here so nervous, just wanting to ride my best,” Whyatt said. “But after I did my first run and didn’t slip a foot, I started to think I could do it. [Riding against the pros next month] is going to be amazing; I can’t even wait. I can’t believe I won the Gatorade Free Flow Tour and get the chance.”
With the win at the Gatorade Free Flow Tour Finals, Whyatt earns a spot in the Dew Tour’s PlayStation® Pro in Orlando, Fla., October 15-18, to compete against the pros.
The Gatorade Free Flow Tour Finals are being held in conjunction with the Toyota Challenge, a four-day competition that is the fourth of five stops on the Dew Tour, which features skateboarding, BMX and freestyle motocross.
