Was für ein Banger-Jahr für Wibke Vogel: VANS-Sponsoring, in Barcelona Clips stacken mit der Cliché Crew und bei den freedombmx Awards 2022 hat die junge Frau zwei 3. Plätze abgesahnt. Chapeau! Zwischendurch ist Wibke auch noch von Marburg nach Berlin gezogen, was auch der Grund für das Video weiter oben ist.
Despite some rain issues the first annual Oktoberjam 2022 in Munich, Germany was a huge success. Thanks to Marius Dietsche and Fabian Bader for putting on such a rad event. Check out our video to see, who got the rowdiest.
Today, etnies premiered the new Devon Smillie full video part on the brand’s YouTube channel. Devon put in some serious work in the streets to create this five-minute, three-song part. He’s always been known as a rider with remarkable consistency and a very difficult technical trick selection. His latest video part is full of progressive riding and NBDs, like the last combo on an up-and-over rail. Devon will be running his new etnies Windrow Vulc signature colorway in the X Games BMX Street Contest this Friday, and they are available today on etnies.com.

Results: Simple Session 2022 BMX street qualifications. What a day! We had 49 BMX street rides competing in the Qualifications. The annual Simple Session is heading to Finals on Sunday, June 12 at Põhjala factory with 15 BMX riders.

Als Warmup für die erste Party des Butcher Jams 2022 wurde die Streetfläche im Schlachthof Flensburg auseinandergenommen und zwei Fässer Freibier leergetrunken (danke @SIBMX).
It was an intense day on the Street Course for the BMX riders today as they had qualifications and finals to contend with. Over 70 riders entered the qualification contest to compete for one of the 12 places in the afternoon final. The format for the finals was 2 heats of 6 riders, each rider had 2 runs of 50 seconds and it was the best run that counted. The performance of each rider was judged on overall impression including, but not limited to, variety of tricks and lines, execution, difficulty, versatility, originality, flow, style, bike control and landing.
All the riders were so impressive and the standard was really high as they all cheered each other on. In the end it was the man from Madrid Mr Courage Adams who was awarded the top prize scoring
The video seeks to portray the streets of shillong though the discipline of BMX street. Local Boys Willbornson wahlang [@willbegone] Ian kupar Diengdoh [@iankupar] Ginaldo Jana [@gee_spots] and Gideon Majaw [@gedionmajaw] take on various obstacles in the streets as well as local skate parks to perform tricks while @JuneRobert Lyngkhoi and @middlestar nmarak aims to capture every aspect of the journey ever since we started filming from mid 2021.
