8 Brasilian BMXers were invited to show BMX in Carnival, 2 flatlanders and 5 street riders. Our parade car with a lot of brightening glitter and very colours and the swingest and loud samba, we participated in the most traditional " Escola de Samba " called Gaviões de Fiel linked with the futebol Ronaldo´s team, Corinthians. It was amazing the spot we got, a mini ramp built on 10 meter height, where we danced, sang and rode about an hour through the Samba arena way.
Damn, I'm not sure what to do now. It's proof that there is so much going on in BMX that it's hard to make a decision where to go. This Thursday I'll land in Los Angeles. When I found out that there's an NBL BMX race going on in Las Vegas from 13-15 March I jumped right on the opportunity and hooked it up with Robert de Wilde. But then Kimarie Hunt informed me about a jam going on at Paxton's on the 14th and Eric Hough just sent me this info on the LA Street jam this Sunday. Should I stay in SoCal after all?
