How long have you been riding BMX?
- 15 years

How did it start?
- I used to play football until an injury put me out so I got into riding bikes

What is the main reason you ride a bike?
- Because it's what I've always done to have fun

With who do you normally ride with, and who´s your fav person to ride with?
- I usually ride with Dan Lacey. I like riding with lots of friends but it's always fun riding with Robin Fenlon

Explain us an ideal day for you:
- An ideal day would be to wake up, put some loud tunes on, have a cup of tea, go for swim in the sea, eat some good breakfast, then ride trails all day with friends, then get loose, have a bbq and get in a hot tub with cold beers.

What do you think about the european bmx scene?
- I think it's cool. I know that the scene in the UK is really good.

Do you enjoy either contests or would you rather be on the road in a stinky bus with 6 other dudes for 10 days?
- Sometimes I really like contests because I usually do shit I wouldn't normally be bothered to do. I like going on trips as long as the crew is all cool and down to do other shit not just ride all day everyday.

What would you try if you´d jump into a foam pit?
- A 1440 haha

Do you think Europe has good and important events/comps?
- I think Europe sometimes has fun comps like the bowl contest in Belgium, that was different. I don't think any contest is really that important unless you're trying to get paid.

There´s a chance bmx freestyle will be an olympic sport soon. What´s your oppinion about that?
- I think it would be cool if it became an olympic sport. It wouldn't change much it would just mean more skateparks get built.

- Life is short so enjoy it

What was your last scariest moment?
- Riding a huge brick quaterpipe in a reservoir

What are some pleasures outside bmx of you / any other hobbies or interests?
- I like fishing, riding snowboards, playing football, riding moto x.

If you´re on a plane, people can normally see you ....... (doing what?):
- Listening to my ipod and reading a book

I could use more...... in my life:
- trails, snowboarding

What makes you happy?

- riding good new spots with friends

Dream vacation would be like:
- all my friends riding trials somewhere hot and snowboarding too

Is south England the place to be in the UK?
- Yeah it's ok here. Just would be better if there was more stuff to ride.

Why is Jon called „Mad Jon Taylor“?

- Because he is so mad and he mite erratically do a flip fakie at anytime!

For what in the world would you swap your bike or riding?
- It would have to be something that I enjoy more than bike riding so I don't think there is anything!
