You know the drill by now as we've posted many of these lists the last two days. It's the turn for Catfish, Frank Heijne and Same Lowe this time. Kicking this off with Catfish:

The good:
1. TJ Lavin and Ty Pinney and their increasing health.
2. New tricks in all disciplines
3. Dew Tour finals in Vegas
4. Rebel Jam in Portugal
5. Dosch winning Dew cup

The Bad:
1. All the riders we lost this year.
2. Every single hospital visit by a BMXer
3. Bikes not allowed in skateparks

The Ugly:

1. That's easy- Trish Bare Grounds.

Frank Heijne:

The Good:
1. The Bensink 8 men safety gate
2. European champion cruiser
3. My sponsors for helping me out this year
4. Building a brand new track @ my place (Klazienaveen)

The Bad:
1. All the rules @ the Dutch races
2 Tthe weather in December (NO MORE SNOW)
3. Hit the gate in the finals @ Dutch national

The Ugly:
1. 1 January in the morning :P (right now)

The Good:
1. Wethepeople trip to Israel. Can't wait to go back
2. Enjoying the Vancouver summer, the best
3. Portland trip with the homies.
4. Discovering 4 loco in Portland, thanks Caleb
5. Winnipeg trip for Tenpack

The Bad:
1. Knocking my teeth out and dealing with dentists and bills
2. Having to get home from Israel on a broken foot with no cast or crutches and passing through 6 airports walking on it
3. Homies moving away. Greg Henry and Kym Grosser

The Ugly:
1. Getting bear maced during a really shitty situation and having my face and body burning for 2 days.
