Big contests are hard to find on the 2015 calendar. How does it feel to put one of the biggest Dirt contest on the program for 2015?
Patrick: We created Lords of Dirt in 2007 to push BMX and specially Dirt scene. Our Motto was to bring a sick event with nice jumps and tons of fun. 9 years after we re still there and we keep pushing hard even if the monetary situation is not the best at the moment but we keep going and we do it for our sport. To be honest, I don't have a special feeling to organize one of the biggest event, my only goal is to make it good and have good feedbacks from the riders who for most of them, are good friends. Lords Of Dirt is most of all a family reunion and having all those guys is simply an achievement and I can't thank them enough for this! 
The jumps are always big at the LOD events. Go big or go Home?
Patrick: We build what we like to ride first of all and of course we prefer having good air time! The 2015 line is not as big as we could have build it in some of our events but it's high and perfect to send every single gnarly trick. Dirt contest are made to send it hard and trust me, on this line, we gonna have some surprises.
Next to the dirt jump contest, what are some of the side activities in Sérignan?
Patrick: The cool thing about this location is the fact that the sea is right next to the event (2 min by car), so riders can go swim or ride jet skis and stuff. We also have a big attraction park where we will bring our invited riders.
On contest site we'll put in place: an airbag, a pool, video games and of course we'll run all week end concerts and DJ sets. The event more than being only a sport event, is also a festival where everybody can enjoy and relax. The entry is free of course for the crowd and we have food and beverage point, cheap my friend cheap hahaha.
How stoked are you that riders like Nasty, Anthony Napolitan, James Foster, Jaie Toohey, etc are coming over for your event?
Patrick: All those guys are good friends and for me it's an honor to welcome them! Many came few times already but some ll ride for their first appearance at Lords and we know the crowd ll be nuts to see them. One more time I can't thank them enough and I can insure that we gonna have good time all together.
The riding is one thing, but the party program looks good also. Even if the riders don't make the finals, can they still have a good time?
Patrick: During Lords of Dirt, party is one of the main thing. We have activities and party every day during the event. We made the thing easy by putting everything on site so riders don't need to move too far to appreciate good music and fun. No worries guys, even if you're not in the final you can easily reach the party podium!
Instead of an invite only show/contest, the LOD is open for every talent to ride. Pro and Amateur. Do you think this is important to brin new riders on the scene?
Patrick: Yes, since the beginning, we push this way by opening the comp to everybody. We have an open qualifier to give the chance to every single rider to take a chance to reach all the big names.
We have an amateur and pro ranking of course with tons of gifts from our partners for amateur and money and gifts for pros.
Contest entry for non invited is 20 euros for amateur and 30 for pros, riders area with water, fruits and swimming pool of course my sir!!

The next LOD is on the schedule. What has been arranged so far and what still needs to be done?
Patrick: It's been few months that we work hard on the 2015 edition and so far everything looks pretty good! We just came back with Markus Hampl from the contest location where we changed the line to have the maximum pleasure for all riders.The big change of this year ll be definitely the Live stream as we have the opportunity to show our event on TV and internet platform and give the chance to everybody to see what we do. Its a big step and the pressure is on!
Then as every event, the big work will come during the event but we re used to it and I'm sure it'll be all fine.
