GT BMX - SERIOUSLY FUN. It's here!!! GT is currently premiering their new 20-minute DVD "Seriously Fun" right here on the site for 72 hours! The video is amazing, from Brian Kachinsky's BANGER opening section, to the sleeper Rob Wise section, grind technician Jeff with Glasses' part, Albert Mercado's light-hearted and uber-creative section, or the savage Dan Conway's HEATER of an ender. There are also appearances from the rest of the team like a short but sweet section from Jason Phelan, and a mix from the AM and flow crew.
The squad has been going in for the last year from coast to coast in the US, to Brazil, France, Germany, the UK, Taiwan & more, so this is sure to be amazing. GT selected BMX industry videographer and editor Andrew Brady to bring Seriously Fun to life. It was Brady’s overall passion and excitement for the project which made him the main man for the job.
To promote the GT BMX Heritage brand, licensee of GT BMX’s Heritageline Alans BMX, are running a UK-based race team for 2017. The small - but perfectly formed team - was launched at the Manchesterindoor track and comprises: Top row: Karl Sanderson, John Bentley, Alan Woods (TM), Josie McFall.Bottom row: Joe Parr, Jay Fairbank. “I knew that it would be cool to recreate that Dale Holmes-GT era fromaround 1999 for this project but when we got the frames back from paintand the jerseys, I can’t believe how into it everyone was. A few sponsors are still to be announced, but we have the support of:CSG/GT Bicycles, Box BMX and Lake Cycling (via Moore Large), WD40Bike, Tioga (via Extra UK), Vans, Thor MX (via Madison), 100% (viaDecade Europe) and RSD who are making our jerseys”. “I’m stoked that we still have support of many
