Etnies vs. Kink hits the road on April 20th for ten days of high level competition*. The crews are set and the training began months ago for this gold- medal-fest, thats right...we have turned Road Fools into multi-faceted extravaganza with competition in the following disciplines**: Footdown, "BIKE", highest bunnyhop, longjump, and who can ride the longest with Catfish talking in their ear...oh yeah did I mention that we threw Big Daddy*** in the rig just for good measure? Big Daddy may just clean up and take the win on whole thing? Catfish will be head referee...wonderfull? Chicago will enjoy some of the biggest names in action sports when ASA Entertainment (ASA) brings the ASA Action Sports World Tour to Sears Centre on Friday, May 1st. For an intense three hours fans will witness some of the most skillfully performed board tricks, tail whips and back flips from the sport's best skateboarders and BMX bike riders. Featured in the Big Air BMX Triples is Chicago's own Koji Kraft. A 2000 graduate of Addison Trail High School, Koji will be riding before his hometown for the first time in an elite professional level competition. Koji will take on some of the sport's most talented BMX riders: Rob Darden (Greensville, NC), Dennis Enarson (San Diego, CA), Anthony Napolitan (Youngstown, Ohio), Austin Coleman (Los Angeles, CA), T.J. Ellis (Moreno Valley, CA), Alesandro Barbero (Ceva, Italy), Colton Satterfield (Pocatello, Idaho), Marcus Tooker (Cape Cod, MA), Chris Hughes (Toronto, Canada), Craig Mast (Champion, Ohio), and Cory Nastazio (Flushing, NY). In 2008 Maxime Charveron won a FIAT 4X4 car by ending on top of the FISE Experience contest series. The Nike rider is meeting up with current street ruler and team mate Garrett Reynolds for a session in Paris this upcoming Thursday 16 April. Want to join the party? Meet at 2pm at Paris Bercy.
