Whether it's Gertie's B-day, Sinterklaas or a 5 year celebration of whatever, the people at the Impact skatepark in Sint Niklaas, Belgium always find a reason to have a jam. It almost feels like the local appliance store that has different specials every week. The "Go Home Again" BMX Contest is planned for 18 November 2006. It's got Am and Pro classes and the park is open at noon. Visitors have free admission and if you want to ride/compete, it's 10 Euros.

If you've got one of those fancy TomTom navigators, punch in the following address: Lindestraat 46b, 9100 Sint-Niklaas and you will be dropped off at the doorstep. Others just find your way to St. Niklaas and ask around.

In times where websites go overboard with hundreds of flashing buttons and pop-up banners, it's nice to see a company go back to the basics. FIT Bike Co. has done that which makes the new site easy to navigate. You get what you want by clicking the buttons on the top. Simple as that. Their news section is one to follow. All the latest regarding FIT is posted here. They already have the Bunnyhop results up from the Backyard Jam which was won by FIT rider Tom White (44 inches) followed by FIT's Edwin Delarosa (43 inches).

We've started a WIN ON FATBMX block on the site that you can find in the right column. The first competition was the Eastpak Antidote comp and the next competition is the FLAT tv contest. No, you can't win a FLAT screen TV (hey, we should ask LG about that one) but you can win one of the three dope FLAT TV DVD's provided by Renato.

Markus Wilke and Thomas Fritscher have teamed up to start a Video Magazine. The name of the VM is Circle and the first issue will be out in January 2007. Those who have a subscription to Freedom BMX magazine will receive the first issue with the mag. The other two issues of Circle VM that are planned for 2007 will be distributed with the magazine as well.

The 8th edition of the famous Circle Cow contest will take place on 17/18 of February 2007. More news will follow while we're working on the contest.  Ride hard and be there!

Ben Green and Dan Boiski have helped Sam Bryant get a sponsorship through 4Down distribution over in the UK. Ben and Dan filmed and put together a winning clip with the result that the rider (Sam) will receive a monthly package from 4Down for a year.
