Tailwhip air inventor. September 1988. Kids getting hype over Joe putting down a tailwhip. I think this is the second one ever in a contest. I believe he did one before this in New Jersey at Round Five. The hype had built for him and the trick between contests, leading to him annihilating minds with the one pulled here.
