USA shipping is FREE on all items - and everything ships from inventory.
For overseas customers, we are negotiating distribution options with sources in the UK, Germany, and Australia. Because the book weighs a hefty 7 lbs, shipping outside the United States is expensive.
However, we do have rates set up for Europe and the UK.
The book is large and deep, and we have no immediate plans to reprint it at this stage.
