The 'hell is for zombies' jam is taking place this weekend and the weather is looking good so here's some info about they day for those that want to know: Starts at 12pm at Victoria skate park in Auckland city center, New Zealand. There will be a free BBQ (bring your own beer). It's a jam only, not a comp! although there will be prizes for the bunny hop, long jump, and ledge comp, as well as plenty of other prizes for best trick or rider of the day, that sort of shit.

The council involved in freestyle BMX contest? In Rotterdam the city is organizing a huge sportsevent for children aged 12 - 20 years. For the first time this year there will be held a BMX jam also. Just riding along with kids of your own age. Students are working on a simple course and some badass riders will be there to show off. For those good kids there wildcards to be won for The Final Battle.

It's for free, and kids you don't have to life in Rotterdam to join!

We've conducted surveys with our customers to see if they if they would be interested in a 26" cruiser, and we had such great response we decided to make it happen. Street luge and canoe sky diving didn't really fit the X-Games program but with additions like Super-motard (superretard) and now Rally racing, the extreme sports festival is turning into a motorsports event. Or maybe you can call it the Travis Pastrana Nitro circus show as he can participate in Freestyle Motocross, Supermoto and Rally racing at the 2006 edition in Los Angeles. BMX-ers have had their fair share of trouble with FMX-ers in the past. Let me recall the Troy McMurray vd Metal Mulisha battle that escalated at one of Todd Huffman's events. As in every sport there are good guys and bad guys. The good FMX-ers (read trouble free) have found themselves a gig at the Hardcore Freestyle Motocross tour that travels Europe at the moment. The first stop was in Antwerp, Belgium this weekend and FATBMX took a look.

Live Nation is the company that puts on the 3 stop tour. Frankly, it's a show and the people who are coming to the stadium pay around 30 bucks to be entertained.

There will be 13 riders on the trip (a.o. Ryan Nyquist, Seth Kimbrough, Brian Kachinsky, Brandon Hoerres, Matt Beringer, Chris Doyle) as well as three bands. Rock 'n Fuckin' Roll!

This year the ROOTS-BMX association, OAKLEY and TWENTY are preparing a new jam with a lot of novelty ! with a better organisation who give to all the riders the satisfaction to ride in the best conditions. 24/25 June at Carmaux city (cap découverte direction)
