QSI/S&M/JDK TM Jason German sent us some info on the S&M frames that the team will be racing on this year: "We have been working on the mini and jr. designs and we decided to stick with new 4130 that Moeller came up with. The .38 Special only weigh 4.20 pounds (ha 420 I didn't notice that at first!) and the little frames will
