I'm stoked to have the backing to be out there for years to come & put on the best show that I can," said Donny.

He'll be racing all pro series USA BMX nationals, the UCI World Cup series, and the UCI World Championships. At the USA BMX season opener this past weekend in Phoenix, AZ, Donny placed 7th.

Joining Donny on the SE Race Team is 24-year-old Moana, who had one of the best seasons of his career last year - competing at the London 2012 Olympic Games and earning a 3rd-place podium finish at the UCI World Championships (Elite category). He is a former Junior World Champion and is very familiar with sitting at the top of the podium at large international races.

"Moana is one of the most stylish racers in the world and is never scared to hit the biggest jumps he can find," said Lyons. "He learned back flips this past year, so it's only a matter of time until he's following the Wildman's footsteps and flipping pro sections on BMX tracks around the world." Lyons added, "This is the first time that SE has sponsored an Elite Pro racer outside of the USA. Out of all the riders to choose from, Moana was an easy choice. I really like his attitude and style on and off the bike. He's going to be great for the brand not only in Europe, where we partnered with SE French Distributor Race Co, but also worldwide."

Moana's 2013 schedule will have him hitting all of the French national races, the European BMX rounds, the UCI World Cup Series, the World Championships, and select USA BMX races. All in all, Moana will race in 10 different countries in 2013.

"I'm excited to ride for a brand with so much history as SE Bikes. I mean they've been around for 10 years longer than I've been alive! And I LOVE the new Elite Series BMX race line. The first day I rode the PK Ripper Elite XL, it was like home to me. It's super stiff. I can't wait to hit the races this year on it," said Moana.

SE Bikes originated as a BMX race brand back in the late seventies but has recently expanded into new categories: freestyle, kids, beach cruiser, and urban. However, the brand's heart and soul has always remained in BMX race.

"BMX racing is making a tremendous comeback with the unified USA BMX sanction, more BMX tracks, more racers, and its new Olympic sport status. Building off this resurgence, the entire SE Elite race series was revamped this year with new frame designs to withstand modern day racing, and we've definitely noticed a spike in demand for SE race bikes," explained Lyons. "And with these killer new additions to our SE Race Team, we can't wait to see what happens in 2013."
