This past weekend saw the National BMX Series move to the Westside track in Perth Western Australia for rounds 3 and 4. Race conditions were perfect on both days and as Westside is one of the most technical tracks in the series, racing was fast and furious. Putting the pre season training into action I took the win on both days. We are fortunate in Australia, just coming out of summer and our main Nationals racing season. I'm feeling really well prepared heading off to Manchester in a few weeks for the first round of the World Cup BMX Supercross Series, before coming back to Australia at the end of April for National Championships in Shepparton Victoria.
Thanks to the DK family for a great week away with the team and a big congratulations to my little shredder BUCHANAN Next Gen
rider Mikayla Rose who won the 14yr old girls class both days of the national rounds and is also leading the national series!
