The National League BMX Race, LBR League continues its path of success influx of participants and audience with 3-4 races held this weekend in the town of Ricla, a small town in the Aragon region of Valdejalón who went to the event filling the circuit villagers. The council worked seamlessly organizing the event for this town who had never received anything like the LBR League. Participation again exceeded the 200 enrolled, making the LBR League competition as the favorite BMX Race fans in Spain. This year the LBR League meets the 5th

anniversary and the great family LBR is supporting this spectacular league.

Bright sunshine welcomed all attendees two days of competition, impeccable circuit managed by the Organizing Club Race, BMX Club Valdejalón that was created to use this sports facility and worked hard for over a month have resolved all details. One of the council of the municipality of Ricla, and the president of the Aragonese Cycling Federation gave the trophies to the winners, which gave prestige to the awards ceremony.

In the amateur category turnout was high with BMX Clubs throughout Spain including the Canary Islands and the majority of Portuguese Clubs. Also the presence of an Australian participant who came from across the world to spread the LBR gave peculiarity to the test making sport Ricla as international meeting place. Ton Haydon also received by the deputy mayor of Ricla a plaque tribute to his long journey to come to compete in the region of Valdejalón. He also won in its category Boys 17-29. The large number of children of all clubs made the podiums were very scattered and glasses of above normal size and medals from Ricla are given to all the finalists in all categories, were all corners of Spain and Portugal.

The Olympic Girls category was full on Saturday and some injured, less on Sunday. The surprise jumped in the race on Saturday with the first win of the Catalan Griselda Artigas was just 14 years ahead of all such Ricla Spanish elite. Sunday was the current talaverana LBR League champion Veronica Garcia who won ahead of another talaverana who had long since we saw on the podium Daniela Moreno. The two days I'd give Torrero came in third.

The preparation of the members of the Spanish team for next weekend (quote from the first race of the European Championship) caused some absences in the category Olympic Men. Still registration elite was also large groups of semi filled with 8 riders each. The Alicante Marc Killian made double and two runs was climbing to the top of the overall standings.
