Joris Harmsen: The white HT pedals and the 921 on the number plate of course.
What is the geometry and length of your frame?
Joris Harmsen: I’m riding the XXXL (22,5 inch) with a fixed rear of 40,8cm.
Do you like Aluminium frames?
Joris Harmsen: I do. I never tried a carbon bike so I don't know how anything else feels like. The best thing about the aluminium frame is that we can try different things like the fixed rear end.
Did you cut the width of your handlebars?
Joris Harmsen: I do, just a little bit smaller.
Do you have something customized to make your bike more personal and perfect for you?
Joris Harmsen: I prefer the back end of my bike a bit longer. With the fixed rear end you can’t change that so I could say how long I wanted it and they made it for me.
Usual tire pressure?
Joris Harmsen: 6 bar
What's a bike part you change on a regular basis?
Joris Harmsen: Not much to be honest. I think tires, chain and brake pads.
Does one bike last you a full year of riding/racing?
Joris Harmsen: It could be, but luckily we get 2 bikes a year.
Does your bike have to be perfect each time you get out on the track?
Joris Harmsen: I do check everything and keep it clean so I guess so.
