Cock 'n Balls MX session. It's just wrong.

The StoppelCross season is upon us. It's time to get some rides in before we all line up behind that starting gate in Handel on 1 November. Today's session was at the track in Boxmeer where Cock and Balls invited friends for a mellow MX session. You could be the monkey in a sidehack, try out the freestyle ramps, or simply do laps around the sandy track of MC Boxmeer. Not every BMX rider that was expected showed up but Bart Mol did and Ivo van der Putten as well. Jeffrey Herlings was there but did not ride (mandatory break).

Got to talk to Lars van Berkel's dad for a while who informed me about his son's flashing career. First in BMX racing (World champ in 2005) and then in MX (current national champ). In fact all BMX-ers gathered under the TwinAir EZ-UP tent I brought with me because every now and then the clouds opened up. Halfway into the session the Monster Energy truck showed up and everyone got their can of energy. One more session and it was back home. Thanks to Patrick van de Berg for the invite. Good session.

It's raining again now but maybe tomorrow we'll go ride the track in Helmond. I peeked over the fence and it's flat like a pancake looking good. Need to prepare for next week you know.
