Finished my first World Cup in Elite Men down in Rotorua, New Zealand. Got my feet wet on Day 1 and made the 1/8 final on Day 2. Lots of learning and improvements each lap. Going to carry that momentum into Australia
In this video I take you through a gym session with exercises from Oscar at Tri90 Fitness (@tri90fitness). I'd like to give a huge thanks to Erickson Spray Foam (@ericksonsprayfoam) for making this happen.
My first pro race is in the books! I made my first pro main on Saturday with a P7, then missed the finals on Friday and Sunday by one position. Although it was a fairly successful weekend, I know I have more to show. Every lap gave me tons to learn from and improve, so we’ll analyze and be better for the next one!
2023 was a rollercoaster. It wasn't a great year result-wise, but there were many special and memorable moments that I'll never forget! Here's a look at some of those unique moments!

Sour ending to my amateur career. Struggled the first half of this year, but I learned a lot and was able to turn the year around. Came into Grands with an opportunity to win the title again.
Daytona was crazy, rainy, and muddy, but it was awesome! After several years, I finally grabbed my first-ever triple in 17-20 ?! Huge relief to check that one off the list before the end of the season. In the Pro-Am I rode great in motos, but couldn’t put it together in the mains with a 5th and a 3rd. I learned a lot from my mistakes and took notice of my strengths.
2023 USA BMX Derby City Nationals Louisville, KY. Felt amazing. Couldn’t make it happen. Thanks team!
My preparation for Worlds was the hardest I’ve ever worked and I’ve never felt better and been so motivated before. However, none of that matters when you don’t get the results. My Worlds ended in the 1/8 final with a very unfortunate lap.
Felt super fast this weekend and loved the track (except the turns. A few unfortunate situations and a bad lap summed up Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, the U23 Men got combined with the Elite Men, and it was great to mix it up with the big dogs! I finished first overall for U23 and finally put it together and won 17-20. It was awesome being in Reno again, thanks to everyone who supports me!
