Following the stated goals of the strategic plan to grow local membership, the NBL is launching two programs aimed at giving all member tracks better tools for track promotions and increasing membership. Effective January 1st, the NBL is introducing its Track Cash Back program which will last throughout 2010. The program will match a track’s promotional expenditures by paying $25 back for every full new member they sign up as the result of a promotional campaign.
