FEATURES: 

It had been a while since I picked up a copy of RIDEBMX. The digital sub had ran out for a year also but when I saw the stack of mags at Interbike, I picked up a copy. It kept me occupied for most of the trip back, next to playing Yahtzee. I actually enjoyed reading it and with RIDE you get the feeling that you can finish the issue and you're done. The Eric Lichtenberger itw was good (I like reading longer interviews), the Old School collector was impressive, the Chicago story was interesting and it was good to read about Ron Wilkerson's road trip in the Limo. Always an adventure with Ron.

Just finished scanning the cover of BMX Plus!' November issue. It fell on the doormat yesterday. I had actually picked up a copy of it at their booth in Las Vegas but it's been sitting here waiting for a review. Well, here it is.

Chad Kerley makes the cover of the mag. With Vitamin Water as his new sponsor and recently being bumped up to the Nike Pro team, he can already show them he's the real deal. What would have happened if Andrew Jackson kept racing motocross? Maybe James Stewart wouldn't be the only black rider in the SX field. Andrew chose riding BMX and made the contents page doing a rail hop to flat without any factory suspension. The events that are featured in the November issue are the X-Games, still an important happening in the BMX world, like it or not. Also the Red Bull Ride & Seek tour gets featured. Good to see Red Bull are doing BMX events on a regular basis again. BMX Racing in SLC? Sure, just check page 68.

For this upcoming part of the season I am coming with my new bike. It is built on my signature frame: AGang Pimp Star.
