It's great to see that BMX is alive and people are putting in time to maintain the spots that we have. It's also good to see that people are organizing things for the riders and supporting it, especially in this tough time when the real events are all canceled or postponed. Most riding spots are open 24/7 and free to use. Riding street is free, using the miniramps and skateparks around town as well. The Flame Trails (@flametrails) are open all the time and even the Helm Trails now have regular sessions during the weekend and you can help dig and learn how to do that on Wednesday nights. Just check their @helmtrails insta account and communicate for opening hours there.
We don't have to explain that BMX is the best thing ever, because we already know that. But in order to welcome more people to the scene it is good to have multiple spots and activities happening in town.
Create your own fun. Be active. Get out of that lazy chair. Grow your own scene. Build it and they will come. Peace!
