We would love it too if it was built around the corner from our house. No doubt. The park is not supervised, not fenced off and open to anyone who wants to get a session in. The big skate park rules sign is there to cover the council's ass so just live by the rules and you will not have any problems. It will keep the skatepark situation in and around Vegas healthy as well. As the sign says: The Future Of This Skatepark depends on You. Take good care of it.
