and a bunch of friends... but it would be easier to show you in a movie:
Diving further into the Northwest Scene You find some very talented riders such as Flat-lander Fish Johnson, trails rider / future MX superstar Jake "Balthazar" Shuster and park shredder Sam Fox. We joined forces and took a loooong road trip into Canada for some BMX-Freestyle shows. On our last day of shows I crashed hard during practice and lacerated my spleen... Not realizing how seriously I was injured; I continued to ride and announce the shows. Crazy to think I almost died that day, lucky for me we made it to the hospital just in time. I made this video as a thank you to Sam, Jake and Fish;
I hope you will enjoy it too. The hospital bill was as much as a new car so I'm selling some BMX stuff on E-bay to help pay it off. It breaks my heart to sell my bike but here's the link: CLICK HERE No worries because the Doctor says I'll be able to ride in a month or two. I just hope gOrk over at Redline can set aside a new Redline Device bike for me because I'm Spike Jonzen to ride right now. In other news the new Spike Jonze film, "Where the wild things are." will be released Oct 16th and it looks amazing! Trailer here.
