If I would have nothing to do all day, no work, no family, I'm sure the Flame Trails would look a whole lot better. The dirt spot that is just around the corner practically has everything; a container to keep the tools, good dirt, electricity for music, a water pump and even a big light for evening sessions. Many of you would die for a spot like that and for good reason. It's heaven for a dirt rider to have a designated spot where you can create what you want with a shovel in your hand. The lines, the gaps, the rollers, the tables and the doubles, you can just build whatever you can dream up. And if you get bored, you just build something extra, go bigger, dig deeper or add an extra berm.
You'd expect local BMX-ers to take over a place like this and keep building but the die-hard dirt riders

The best of Colorado BMX Skateparks and Dirt jumps. As 2017 has come and gone I take a look back at some of the BMX edits i did and wanted to make a year end compilation of all the awesome places and riders I captured on film.
We took a trip to the best skate park in the world called Ray's mountain bike park in Cleveland Ohio! this place is amazing and is definitely one of a kind! There are so many original ramps that I have only seen in this building regular quarter pipes also grind ledges and mountain bike obstacles as well! This is one of my favorite skateparks in this world and I am so happy that we are going to be riding and filming videos here for you guys to watch all week long!

Known riders Bruno Hoffmann and Vasya Lukyanenko assembled teams and went on a journey for new spots and impressions. The largest BMX journey to Ukraine has been completed! From August 8 to 14, two rider teams fought for victory in the Red Bull Build The Trick, traveling the country in search of locations for cool stunts, creating new spots. At the head of the teams were Red Bull athletes Bruno Hoffmann from Germany and Ukrainian Vasya Lukyanenko, whose team celebrated the victory. "I consider this project one of the most interesting and useful for the BMX-scene in the history of the development of this discipline in Ukraine. It's great to see new riding spots pop up. Pump tracks are all the craze but a large asphalted Velosolutions riding spot isn't in every city's budget. Sometimes you have to work with what you're offered and the hard working crew in Oirschot pulled off a new spot next to the public swimming pool in the woods. Daniel Wijsmuller designed and shaped the Kemmertrails and during the opening plenty of people turned up for the first few laps. With a table/double line on the outside and a pump track in the middle it is a sweet spot for anyone on two wheels. Because the top layer isn't made of asphalt, you won't see many scooter kids/skateboarders/inline skaters around. BMX and MTB riders however can enjoy their bikes at the open and free spot in Oirschot, just 10 minutes outside of Eindhoven, NL.

Huge Dirt Comp in Mexico with some heavy hitters! XICOTE BMX
When you have confirmed riders like Leandro Moreira, Nick Bruce, Jonathan Camacho, Pat Casey, Irek Rizaev, Kenneth Tencio and two of the Peraza brothers on the riders list, you better make sure you head down the comp. Dirt this time and it will be held in XICOTEPEC, PUEBLA, MEXICO. With a Pro purse of $ 10,000.= USD in the pot you can expect some craziness on DECEMBER 2ND & 3RD during the XICOTE BMX BMX dirt contest.
Mix in the wild locals and you are entering a party you don't want to miss. A big roll-in will lead to three doubles followed by a quarter that leads to either the left or the right depending on where you want to go. The Xicote Best Trick award is worth $1,000.= bucks so expect even more madness when that goes on.
