Redline riders took three of the six available podium places at Saturday’s Supercross event in Randaberg, Norway. In the women’s event, Redline rider Magalie Pottier of France won each of her three heats but in the final was passed at the finish line by Caroline Buchanan to finish in second place. US rider Alise Post qualified as the top rider from her group and finished a strong third in the final and was the top placing US woman rider. Following this second round of the UCI BMX World Cup, Magalie Pottier currently leads the overall standings while Alise Post is ranked fourth overall in the World Cup as well as being the top ranked US woman rider.

It was chill not to have to get out of bed at a certain hour. For Sunday not too much was on the schedule. I was missing my bag so I traveled light from that point on. Internet at the hotel was something like 15 dollars for the day so I skipped that. Finding free Wifi is still a mission as a lot of communication happens via the internet. Twitter, Facebook, E-mail, Skype, Instagram, iMessage all need that wifi connection and if you don't want your bill to skyrocket, you'll have to search for a wifi signal that you can use to go online.

Southcoast plaza was around the corner from the WestInn hotel so we checked for some food there. Instead we started shopping and used Macy's wifi to check the messages. Catfish had provided the address for the FOX demo but it was too early to go there. I had received a call from Virgin Atlantic that my bag was on its way but wouldn't arrive before 5pm. Since I didn't have an address to have it delivered to, I said I would pick it up.
