Seattle Bike Supply has some good news and some bad news. The good news is that Craig "gOrk" Barrette - SBS' Marketing Director, has accepted a promotion. His new title will be CCO. The bad news - at least for SBS, is that it will not be with our company. This coming July, "gOrk" will return to working for the American Bicycle Association (ABA) as their Chief Communications Officer. Prior to coming to work for Seattle Bike Supply (Redline) in 1999, gOrk had been with the ABA throughout the 90's, as their Editor/Photographer for the BMXer membership magazine.

The BMX Masters are coming up and for the first time ever we will be doing a rail jam at the BMX Masters 2011. There will be a decent rail set up integrated to the park and on this set up the rail jam will go down. Every rider who wants to lay down some serious grind maneuvers is welcome to do so!

As every year the dirt and the park area will shine in a whole new design and this time the park area will be updated with new street obstacles. The new setup will shortly be released on the homepage bmxmasters.com.

The registration is already running and unfortunately we have to limit the numbers of riders this year. The riders can sign up for the contest over on bmxmasters.com Some international heavy hitters are already signed in. It is important to register early to secure a starting place. The registration is only online.
