When asked if he had any suggestions for the title of his video, Julian Molina replied, “Mano Amiga—it came to my mind while thinking a lot about all the help from the people who have given me their hand.” Always heartfelt and full of meaning, Julian truly is a one-of-a-kind human. After spending a summer and a few scattered visits to Los Angeles, with a little help from his friends, Julian ticked off some dream tricks and accomplished his greatest video part to date with Mano Amiga! These are 8mm movies shot by my uncle Jon Cobin of me (Matt Macarewich) and my little brother Trevor along with my racing friends from Capistrano Beach, Ca. racing BMX at Escape Country (aka Robinson Ranch) in 1974 and 75. Robinson Ranch is now part of Rancho Santa Margarita. We are wearing red with white sleeve jerseys as part of Paul's Schwinn BMX race team which was based in San Clemente, Ca.

This tape is almost pushing 33 years old at the time of this upload. The audio and visual is not perfect. This video gives plenty helpful tips to improve your racing. I do not own any rights to this video, and nor do I make any profit from it. It is posted solely to persevere the history of the sport.
