Gold in BMX Street at X Games California 2023 made Kevin Peraza the only person in history with X Games titles in Park, Dirt and Street. Family is crucial to the first generation American, as is his Mexican-American heritage. Has 3 brothers who all compete in BMX, and his dad is a former BMX racer who still rides. Mom always attends X Games and is easy to spot -- she’ll be the one waving the Mexican flag. He's extremely devoted to his wife, Itsel Martinez, and they welcomed their first child, a daughter named Mila, in May 2024. A role model on both sides of the U.S./Mexico border, Peraza now has 8 X Games medals, including 5 gold.
