I hit the park again with some new friends I made that drove down to ride with me from Nicoya Costa Rica. I show a little more of my pre session routine with some detailed coffee making followed by some stretching and rolling out. Im trying to figure this all out finding my flow with it while keeping it fun.

I like that I have so much room to evolve and grow. As for now these will be pretty basic edits keeping them simple with bike riding but hope to make more that showcase my personality and inspire others in some way. Hope y'all enjoy and please let me know what you think and how I'm dong with it all.
