Over the years of creating BMX videos, I've realized that the only thing worth doing is what brings you joy in the process. Because the process itself is the best thing you can get from riding and filming.
So try to detach from the social pressures that dictate who to be, what to do, how to think and what to want. Try to do what you enjoy, not what others think is cool. Aim to surprise and impress yourself. Look for those who think similarly, enjoy their company and together activities.
Finally, I want to thank everyone who took part in creating the previous 10 videos. Without you, there would be no HHX, no new generations of teams, and no this movie. You are our legends.

Antidote to Reality - 11th bmx movie from HHX crew. In 2005 we started filming our first BMX video, dreaming of creating an inspiring story about a life full of joy, creativity, and adventure. 20 years later we're still doing the same thing, but now in our 11th video.
After doing a BMX 'zine for ten years (1987 - 1996) FATBMX made it on the internet. The year was 1998. Here to stay.
