The beauty of BMX exists in the randomness of it all… when riders from different cultures and far away countries come together to become friends who in turn feel like family. A handful of the BSD crew; Alex Donnachie, Sam Jones, Antonio Smallwood and Guy Scroggie happened to be in Budapest at the same time as this STRT LF jam last Saturday, August 26th.

We came up with a new concept during this session Calle 5 for 5. Take four homies and add Blake to the mix filming them. Everyone tries to get five clips in a reasonable amount of time. And boom, 5 for 5 was created. Here is the first episode with @kevinperaza, @chadkerley, Jason Watts (@wattzup) and myself at one of our local parks. Enjoy!
Profile's 5 on 5 is a series where we ask our crew, to interview our crew. 5 total questions; no more, no less.
A work trip to Iowa with some spots to ride along the way. That was the goal with this one. Robbie T. loaded up Johnny S. and Zach K. for a few day trip stopping in Tennessee and Indiana before making it to Iowa for a week long job. Johnny brought the camera and everyone got some clips.
The Bloom BMX was back at Catty Woods for the 7th annual Women's Weekend in the Woods. A great event that brings together women and their love of BMX and dirt. Watch for a good vibe. A big thanks to Empire BMX for supporting us on this trip, you can continue the support by grabbing the Empire X Bloom tee, which was worn by Nina Buitrago in this video.

Way back in summer of 2021 we connected with the powers that be in Glasgow City (DIG’s adopted hometown since 2005) to see if they wanted to get on board with our planned 2023 ’30 years of DIG’ project. By chance it coincided with Glasgow’s support of the 2023 World Cycling Championships, so they were instantly down and keen to get involved.
