After Montpellier, the next FISE World Series event will be hosted in the dynamic West Bund district in Shanghai, a location rich in sporting heritage. The FISE World Series Stops are international, multi-disciplinary events that bring together the best international urban sports athletes. Hundreds of amateurs and professionals from all over the world take part in the series, which takes place in iconic cities renowned for their support of young people and sport. With the global expansion of action sports, FISE events are enjoying solid growth, especially among millennials. The festival’s vibrant atmosphere always draws large crowds – cultivated by dedicated host organizations and inspirational local and international athlete ambassadors.
In a groundbreaking announcement today, the internationally renowned urban sports festival, the "FISE World Series," unveiled its upcoming debut in Shanghai. This exciting event is set to take place in West Bund, Xuhui Binjiang, on October 17, 2024, ushering in a new era of urban sports excitement. The "FISE World Series" traces its origins back to 1997 in Montpellier, France, where it was conceived and organized by the French company, Hurricane Group. It has since evolved into the world's premier urban sports festival, spotlighting a diverse range of urban sports disciplines. Notably, this includes Skateboarding, Freestyle BMX, which have secured their places in the official program of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, with Breaking (street dance) set to captivate audiences at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
After careful consideration and a thorough review of the Coronavirus COVID-19 situation, we have decided to reschedule FISE World Series Hiroshima. The event was due to take place on 3rd – 5th April and to feature several World Cup and World Championship competitions, which are listed below. In consultation with the International Federations involved, it will now take place at a later date to be announced.
Our primary concern is always the safety and well-being of the athletes, fans and partners who are involved in our events and given the situation as it is today, we feel postponement of the event is the best option.
The world's largest multi-disciplinary action sports series is back, with an international line up of stops. Here are the first dates you can add to the calendar, stay tuned for more announcements. True to the spirit of FISE all our events remain free to attend and everyone is welcome.

After two editions in the Japanese city of peace, this year we move to a brand new location, Chuo Park (Central Park). The event’s central location in down town and the locals passion for action sports, gives this stop it’s unique atmosphere and makes it the perfect place to begin the series.

UCI BMX FREESTYLE PARK WORLD CUP FINAL - WOMEN:
Everything was set for an exciting hour of BMX. The sun was up, the wind was down and the crowd were ready to see the amazing progression of the BMX Women's community. The panel of judges were looking for style, amplitude and tricks, and they were not disappointed. Once again Hannah Roberts was unbeatable. She did not make any mistakes, she completed a perfect run, starting with a whip on the spine, and ending with a flair. Two tricks among others that she is the only woman to master so well. In
Here is a round up of all the action from today and a little recap of what you might have missed at last night's insane BMX Dirt competition. It took 7 years for BMX DIRT (one of the original and main disciplines of FISE) to return to the programme of Montpellier, and last night was worth the wait. The atmosphere was electric, as the sun set and the riders prepared to take on the massive Hurricane Tracks course. The line up was a who's who of BMX Dirt with 60 riders taking part. It was a night of stand out moments, but we have to mention the front bike flip landed by Jaie Toohey. He is one of only two guys on the planet to do that unreal trick.
