When did you start with the OWNR project?
Michiel: The idea of OWNR formed about two years ago, during a presentation about Location Based New Media. The idea of OWNR just popped in, and in June 2011, I decided to go for it.

What is it about?
Michiel: OWNR is an app, which basically allows you to battle with each other on every spot imaginable. Find spots from your phone, show your tricks by linking your videos to it, and then battle.. who did the best trick and OWNS the spot? The best trick gets decided by votes from other riders.

Michiel: The technology we use is borderless, that means
