It's hard to find a more energitic rider than Reed Stark. On and off his bike. The smile he has, the positive vibe he brings, his Kendama tricks or his full speed riding, it is always nice to have Reed Stark around. What has he been up to lately? Read the list below and be up to speed.
Last contest you entered: Simple Session 20
Last contest you won: Got 2nd after Garret Reynolds at Simple Session 3-4 years ago and that’s pretty much winning in my book
Last package you received from a sponsor: Rawr Superfoods pack came in hot today with a special raw honey comb container
Last time you went to the gym: Back when they were open… so maybe January. I just ride bikes and swim outside now.
Last advice you got from a good friend: Miles means maintenance – Denim Cox
Last rider who taught you a trick: Maybe Catfish trying to teach me a flatland decade 6 years ago.
We at Sweets Kendamas realized a long time ago that kendama connects worlds. This Japanese skill tool has the power to bring people together regardless of where they came from or what they're doing now.
Reed Stark with more travel adventures from his BMX life on the road, this time from a pilgrimage to the land of sushi and kendama - Japan. Proceed to pick your jaw up off the flaw after laying eyes on the stacks of incredible and one-off spots. There's even some tree hugging in there! Love it. Reed smashes it as always.
BSD's Reed Stark and Denim Cox stopped by the Full Factory warehouse the other day to freshen up their bikes, play some Kendama, and get a session in on the ramps. Now that Full Factory Distro is home to BSD in the U.S., I'm sure we'll be seeing more of these two.
Reed Stark hopped on a train to Lisbon and met a dude named Peter Thunder who showed him too many banger spots to sit still. We had to call upon his favorite french filmer Antoine Sabourin to capture this Safari madness because an iPhone wasn’t going to cut it this time.
Took a 10 day trip to Barcelona, Spain to host the Spain Kendama Open for Sweets Kendamas. Played hecka dama with Max Norcross, gave a kendama to Alexis Ren, rode BMX with Nick Tansley, and partied with everyone else who lives there. We were there for the first day of summer which was the most ridiculous display of public celebration I've ever seen. Shit was lit.
Reed Stark excels in the one and done situations. Put him in front of 20-plus stair rail and he'll handle it in a blink of an eye. But while at the 2018 Mongoose Jam Reed ended up going to war with a mouthful of a tech combo—feeble hard 180-to-backward pegs-to-fakie.
