Tom Stober made the trip to Sao Paulo, Brazil for the PRO RAD BMX vert contest. The ABBMX had turned the floor of the Ibirapuera Gymnasium into a giant vert ramp.  With a R$10.000 Reais Prize purse on the line it wasn't only Tom who did giant flairs on the vert ramp.

At the World Cup mountain biking they've got the Hot Seat. It's where the leader of the Downhill Race awaits a faster rider. He then has to make room for the rider that beat his time. The rider who remains in the hot seat till the end is the winner. The Pin-Up of today is making a seat hot too...........

You don't need to have 10 years of riding behind your belt before trying big tricks. Redline's Garrett Reynolds proved that when he pulled a 900 at the Metro jam. The NKE6.0 sponsored rider takes it a step further. He has his hands zip-tied behind his back and drops in on a mini ramp. If that isn't bad-ass enough, he does a pocket air with a barspin in it with his hand still behind his back. Believe it, or not!? That's the name of the FATBMX news section. Don’t go looking for SE’s Lance Mosley from May 17th – 22nd. He’ll be down in the Dominican Republic on an all expense paid vacation, uh…. I mean “riding trip” for Fuel TV.

Fuel is going to do a series of shows uncovering the BMX talent in Latin America. And they’ll be taking a few BMXers from the USA on the trips. The Dominican Republic will be stop #1 and Lane has been invited as one of the U.S. riders to go shred south of the border. Keep your eyes peeled for Lance on your new plasma TV.

OKLAHOMA CITY, May, 2006 - Hoffman Bikes announced that it will expand the Hoffman Bikes/Target/Right Guard team by welcoming two riders this year: Will Love and Anthony Napolitan. "There is a new generation of rippers and we are now honored to support two of the best," Mat Hoffman said. "Welcome to the team!"
-Anthony Napolitan, from Austintown, OH, has been with Hoffman Bikes as a flow team rider for the last year. During this past year, Anthony has been residing at Woodward East, focusing on his riding, and was able to hit many of the major contests, including the Dew Tour.
-Will Love, from Kingsport, TN, is one of the youngest riders on the team at the age of 20. While Will may be new to the team, he is not new to the BMX scene. Last year, Will made the finals at the CFB contest in Oklahoma City, along with major coverage in RideBMX magazine, BMX Plus! magazine, Props Videos, a section in the RideBMX video "Living in Exile" and an upcoming spot on the next Props "Road Fools."

After dark: Usually go dancing a lot but not too much anymore. Just been stayin real chill these days.

Wake up: Lately round 5:30ish am but usually round 11am or so.

On 9 June individuals will turn into nationalistic bastards. Where BMX brings countries together, from 9 June countries split up again. The Dutch don't want to have anything to do with the Germans for instance. We all hope they're going to lose the opening game in their home country. Never liked Klinsmann anyway. The war will be on when the Fifa World Cup football starts. For the new poll we're listing a couple of the favorite teams that will participate at this summer's World Cup.
