BMX vert riders Simon Tabron, Zach Shaw, Matt Fairbairn and Sebastian Keep are coming to a town near you. Well, maybe, depends on where you live. The 2005 Deconstruction Tour with bands such as Strung-Out, Mad Caddies, Boysetsfire and Lagwagon goes from 29 April till May 15th. The BMX shows will not take place at every stop. 2005 UCI BMX SUPERCROSS WORLD CUP - RACE PARAMETERS If you want to take part of the UCI BMX World Cup races, you better read the following info. It's got the details about classes, pay-out, registration, ranking etc. Race classes & criteria’s Combined class for Elite Men & Junior Men (17 Years and older). Riders must carry an international license issued by their National Federation. (US riders shall carry a NBL license)

Jim Cielencki left KinkBMX and started a BMX/Skate shop called Sunday. Now Jim has started a bike company called Sunday so we had to fire off some questions to learn more about it all. FATBMX: You recently started a BMX/skate shop. Was it always a dream to have your own shop? Jim Cielencki: Well, my partner J.P. and I have been talking about doing a shop for almost 8 years now, so I guess it was a dream. I have always hated going to shops where you couldn't find exactly what you wanted, the people were not riders and they were trying to nickel and dime you for the products. We all want instant gratification, so it is the best to be able to go and get a new video when you are bored. So yeah it was a dream, it is great and my video collection is getting bigger.

The King of Ground contest series over in Japan has started. The KGB crew flew over from Europe to do some damage. Kuoppa finished in 11th but Gomez got 4th and newest KGB member Alexandre Jumelin grabbed the win. The Japanese filled in the rest of the spots. Last year Fly Bikes' owner David Quesada closed his office and started running FlyBikes from the road. Spending time on the bike and directly with the riders was the best way to get feedback and work on new products. With the help of Alvaro's camper the Fly Bikes team spent some serious time on the road. Then when the winter arrived, the crew flew over to New-Zealand to do some filming and lots of riding. With the help of a laptop computer and internet access, you can work from anywhere, even from the NZ beach. In the picture you see David taking a break and getting his surf on. Now throw a shakka!
