Do you remember the moment that you decided to start collecting BMX memorabilia?
Jeremy Golden: I started collecting right around 2004. I built my Hawk f-20 that I had since the end of 91 for my son to ride and after he was done riding it there was a few parts missing and I wanted to build it back up. I then realized there was a collector’s market when searching for parts and that spurred my desire to search for the other bikes I was enamored by as a kid.
In 1999, Pat Lowery brought the DIY spirit to an empty parking lot in Downtown Richmond, VA. 25 years later, the White Walls continue to hold strong as a monument to the local BMX scene.

Epic final day of X Games Japan! Monster Energy congratulates its BMX, Moto X, and Skateboard athletes on an excellent performance at X Games Chiba 2024. On the final day of competitions inside Makuhari Messe stadium, Monster Energy riders claimed a total of eight medals (three gold, four silver, and one bronze) across five contest events in the 71st edition of X Games. In the BMX Park Best Trick event, 30-year-old Daniel Sandoval from Corona, California, claimed his first career gold medal in the discipline.
