Brand: SNAFU BMX
Booth number: -
Size dedicated to BMX: -
You have a different approach to each year's interbike, what was your way of attack in 2006: Making parts in assorted colors and updating the entire SNAFU line. We currently have 43 items that we are either being updating or created new for 2007. Plus we are going to surround ourselves with pretty girls as much as possible. Bingo Bango!
How many BMX workers did you have at the show: 4 (myself, McGoo, Bill, and Amanda)
Did you have any autograph signings going on this year with some of your riders: Tons! That’s all we do! We keep them on a tight ship and make sure they take care of all their fans.
Morgan Wade went through 5 boxes of sharpie markers in just the first day of interbike this year. I personally see to it that he writes a little note on each autograph...
Any other activities to attract dealers/media that involved your brand: Yes, VITALBMX.COM, sponsor the crap out of local jams and contests, and lots of sticker tosses, just to name a few
What booths showed SNAFU products at the show: Seattle Bike Supply, Quality Bike Products, Giant, MirraCo, and Failure.
What product that you showed to distributors/dealers/media drew most attention: The new street/park pedal with removable injection molded astroglide teflone sleeve. It's strong, lite, and can grind the crap out of a ledge.
Amanda doesn't have a clue about SNAFU BMX parts does she: Does it really matter... ?
Overall impression of Interbike 2006: Too much drinking, girls, gambling...oh yeah and I think there was some bike stuff going on also. Peace and Chicken grease, SNAFU is coming out of the darkness for 2007 and going to stomp a mudhole in its competition. Print that! -
