Odyssey BMX (Bear Corp.) is seeking a passionate self motivated inside sales rep to join the Full Factory Distribution sales force. Brands include Odyssey BMX, Sunday Bikes, Fairdale Bikes, Gsport & Flatware. Location: Norwalk, CA (Los Angeles County). Experience: 2 years. Rate: Full-Time position.POSITION SUMMARY:
- Generate sales.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain business relations with all dealers/customers.
- Expand dealer base through outgoing calls.
- Maintain customer awareness on products, promotions, events and other pertinent brand initiatives.
- Provide feedback to management regarding competition, market trends and marketing ideas.
- Able to meet deadlines and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
- Learn and remain proficient on in house product lines.
- Must be reliable and provide mistake-free work.
- Willing to travel.
- Overall customer service.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma required. College Degree (BS/BA) preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in action sports sales, or a related area. Overall general BMX/Cycling knowledge preferred.
- Must have sales experience and ability to sell.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & Powerpoint required.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be very detail oriented.
- People skills.
