Pearson joins FUEL TV after most recently serving as President, Advertising at Goldpocket Interactive where he was responsible for its interactive TV (iTV) advertising division. Reporting to Olivares, Pearson is responsible for strategy and operations of non-linear network initiatives including Internet, mobile and other digital platforms. Pearson will continue to build relationships with all technical, content and development vendors in association with FUEL TV's existing new media businesses, while exploring strategic partnerships to enhance FUEL TV's position in the marketplace.

As manager of FUEL TV's licensed acquisitions, Krupa is responsible for managing the receipt of all program submissions for potential license and/or development. As a previous co-creator and producer of branded entertainment at Quiksilver Inc., Krupa's experience is invaluable as she will negotiate key deal points and terms with content providers and respond to both solicited and unsolicited pitches and submissions.

Prior to Goldpocket, Pearson was CEO of Hub360, Inc., a business portal providing sales order management for action sports industry manufacturers. Pearson also served as Chairman and principal film director of OPEN Films, an international commercial production company with clients such as AT&T, Budweiser, IBM, Nestle, ABC, Disney, Fox, Paramount and Sony Pictures. Pearson co-founded and was EVP of the iTV advertising company Random/Order, which developed ground-breaking iTV content formats, advertising, and TV data measurement software.
Krupa most recently worked at Article 1 in marketing and sales. While at Quiksilver, she also consulted on the documentary, "Riding Giants" and Sony's animated feature "Surf's Up." Krupa has worked for Lynda Obst Productions, The Segan/Piller Co., and recently consulted for Azoff Entertainment.
