the law may have a chance of being repealed all together!
Our work is not over yet, but thanks to Commisisioner Nancy Nord, we get a year to fight it right!

You guys have all heard my rants and listened to me bitch about the new laws. I have been one of the most vocal to fight for the repeal or amendment to the law, and I know all of you have stepped in to help with the petitions and letter writing. Today, the last day for comments on the law, the CPSC gave us a 1 year stay on the fines and third party testing. We still have to meet their limits for lead and phalates, but have 1 year to get our documents in line rather than the few weeks or months we had. And most importantly
