For our EMEA HQ in Amsterdam, Sole Technology Europe is looking for a Customer Service Representative. In this role your key responsibility is to ensure the best possible service to our webshop customers and online retail accounts in order to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
-Respond to online retail customer inquiries within 24 hrs and assist customers in the best way possible;
-Manage the sales order process from start to end in our Business to Business portal and ERP system
