for large online retail accounts such as Amazon;
-Process cancellations, returns and changes in orders for online retail accounts;
-For online retail accounts, be the lead customer contact and act as liaison between finance, logistics and customer solving any logistical, financial or other issues ensuring the best possible order fulfillment experience for the customer;
-Respond to webshop customer inquiries within 24 hrs and assist customers in the best way possible;
-Monitor customer orders from our webshops in Shopify & ERP system and signal and solve potential problems with orders ensuring timely delivery;
-Analyze, review, and process customer's request for returns including warranties and initiate refund payments according to the set procedure;
-Maintain and update product knowledge on a seasonal base in order to provide technical and/or product information as required responding to customer inquiries;
-Check Shopify webshops on a daily base to make sure it shows the current and latest offering of products, information and prices;
-Generate feedback and input to the ongoing improvement of webshops usage and customer service processes in general.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
-Medium level business education;
-Fluent in English, verbally and in writing plus preferably Dutch;
-Strong communicator experienced in dealing with end consumers and retail accounts;
-Proactive, dynamic and energetic personality;
-Strong IT skills (Office, Outlook, Web , ERP system);
-Experienced user of E-commerce platforms such as Shopfiy of similar;
-An understanding of the action sports we deal with (Skateboarding, Snowboarding, BMX, Mountain biking).
